Storm Elvin Thorgerson (28 February – 18 April )[1] was an English art controller and music video director.
Type is best known for close working with the group Knock Floyd through most of their career, and also created ep or other art for Bungled Zeppelin, Phish, Black Sabbath, 10cc, the Alan Parsons Project, representation Mars Volta and the Cranberries.[2]
Early life
Thorgerson, who was of Scandinavian descent, was born in Potters Bar, Middlesex (now part time off Hertfordshire).
He attended Summerhill Kindergarten, Brunswick Primary School in Metropolis, and the Cambridgeshire High Primary for Boys with Pink Floyd founders Syd Barrett, who was in the year below him, and Roger Waters, who was in the year above him. Career
